What is the MTBF and MTTF values of the 7201? A1. GMS30C7201, only MTTF value is available, has 15 years of MTTF(Mean time to failure) value on MagnaChip reliability test results. Q2. We need the ESD spec of 7201? A2. GMS30C7201 has passed ESD test of 2000V for human body model and 200V for machine model. This test meets MIL, EIAJ standard class2.Please refer MIL-STD 883D Method 3015.7, EIA/JESD22-A-115-A standard related documents. Q3. We received our first (assembled) boards. However its not working.Can you give me some idea how to search for the problem ? A3.Please check below status. 1. nTEST pin pull-up 2. PLLenable pin pull-down 3. Reset signal 4. 3.6864MHz stability 5. 32.768Khz crystal should be connected to RTCOSCIN signal If RTC clock was not supplied, GMS30C7201 would not work.
