General (12 bit ADC)

Description

This category's MCUs are 8 bit CISC MCUs based on ABOV's own 810 Core. 810 Core is same with ABOV's 800 Core except clock divider. The 800 Core use a half divided clock as a system clock. But the 810 core use the main clock directly as a system clock. So the 810 Core is twice faster than the 800 Core.

All MCUs in this category have a 12 bit ADC inside. So it is suitable for sensing and control applications(ex: battery charger, temperature control).

ABOV's MCUs have built trust throught various mass productions from LG semiconductor, Hynix and Magnachip(the predecessors of ABOV) days.

Besides, full development tools are provided with reasonable price. Especially, all softwares( including compiler ) are free to use.

MCU Selection Guide

1. System requirement : I/O pins, Memory size, Operating voltage and
frequency.
2. Function : resolution and channel of ADC and PWM.
