_COMBI / New LCD / 12 bit ADC - close to be released

ABOV’s new devices are scheduled to be released in the second half of 2008.
Especially ABOV starts to use the term ‘COMBI’ for new MCUs which has EERPOM internally.
And ‘New LCD MCU’, and more compact and cost efficient ‘12 bit ADC MCU’ are close to be released.

COMBI - High Speed MCUs with internal EEPROM
Internal EEPROM : COMBI series has 256 bytes internal EEPROM which is separated from code memory(FLASH rom).
M8051 core : It is compatible with standard 8051 core. And because of it’s 2 clock core, it is faster than standard 8051 core which runs at 12 clocks per one machine cycle.
Internal charge pump : It can generate 9 voltage source for On Board Programming from 5 voltage power source.
* Customer sample is scheduled in September, 2008
New LCD - Low Power LCD MCU
Low Power Consumption : It can reduce power consumption with sub-clock operation mode.
PLL OSC : It can generate high frequency( 16 Mhz max) form sub-clock(low frequency) Besides, it’s frequency can be changed by software.
* Customer sample is scheduled in October, 2008
12 bit ADC - Compact and Cost Efficient MCU
12 bit ADC : It has 12 bit high resolution A-D converter internally.
Low Cost : Product cost is reduced with reduced chip size.
