A96L116 is advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontrollers with 16 Kbytes of Flash. These powerful microcontrollers provide a highly flexible and cost effective solution to many embedded control applications. The products provide the following standard features: 16 Kbytes of Flash, 256 Bytes of iRAM, 768 Bytes of xRAM, 256 Bytes of Data Flash, 16-bit timer/counter, 12-bit ADC. A96L116 also support power saving modes to reduce power consumption.
