AC33M3064(T) / AC33M4064(T) are microcontrollers with special purpose for motor application. These microcontrollers bring high-performance 32-bit MCU to low cost system solution. The produts provide 3-phase PWM generator units which are suitable for inverter drive system. Built-in 3-phase PWM generator controls one inverter motor. Two 12-bit high speed ADC units with 11-channel analog multiplexed inputs are supported to get feedback information from motor. AC33M3064 / AC33M4064 can control up to one inverter motor or one inverter motor and PFC (Power Factor Correction) function simultaneously. Powerful and various external serial interfaces help to communicate with on-board sensors and devices.
