A96G181 is an advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 2K bytes of FLASH. This product hasfollowing features :2K bytes of FLASH, 256 bytes of SRAM, General purpose I/O, 8/16-bit Timer, Window Watchdog timer,POR and LVI, LVR, on-chip oscillator, 12-bit A/D converter, 8/16-bit PWM output, and clock circuitry.In addition, a number of advantages such as its low voltage operating range from 1.8~5.5V, wideoperating temperature range(-40~85/105°C) and low current consumption characteristics will be helpfulin various battery operation applications. This is a powerful microcontroller that provides a highly flexibleand cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications such as electric shaver, LED lighting, batterycharger, battery protection circuit, wireless vacuum cleaner, home automation system, IoT & sensorapplications, etc.
