A31G111 / A31G112 have maximum of 32 Kbytes of Flash and 4 Kbytes SRAM based on ARM Cortex M0+ Core. The operating voltage of these devices are from 1.8V to 5.5V. They are powerful microcontrollers which provide highly flexible and cost effective solution to many embedded control applications. The products have 16-bit timers, 32-bit timers, 16-bit timer with 6-channel PWM, 12-bit ADC, CRC generator, UART, USART, I2C, LCD driver/controller and etc. The products also have POR, LVR, LVI, and internal RC oscillator. A31G111 / A31G112 also support sleep and deep sleep mode to reduce power consumption.
