A31G122 / A31G123 are microcontrollers based on ARM Cortex-M0+ Core with a Flash memory of up to 64 Kbytes and an SRAM of 6 Kbytes. The operation voltage of these devices are from 1.8V to 5.5V. They provide highly flexible and cost effective solution for many embedded control applications. A31G122 / A31G123 have 16-bit timers, 32-bit timers, a 16-bit timer with 6-channel PWM, 12-bit ADC, CRC generator, UART, USART, I2C, LCD driver/controller, etc. The products also have POR, LVR, LVI, and an internal RC oscillator. A31G122 / A31G123 also support sleep and deep sleep mode to reduce power consumption.
